The Washington, DC Women’s Business Center (DC WBC) is a business development organization that serves women entrepreneurs in the Washington, DC Capitol Region. The DC WBC provides training and consulting to assist in the growth of women-owned businesses. The DC WBC is also an advocate for the inclusion of women-owned businesses in federal procurement opportunities.
We have proudly served and supported women entrepreneurs on their journey to start and grow their businesses for nearly 3 years. Our mission is to bring business counseling, financial assistance, and business/life coaching to women entrepreneurs.
Our efforts have had a great economic impact. This year, DC WBC clients have:
Received over $350,000 in financing
Secured over $2.5 million in new contracts
Created 134 new jobs.
