Swords to Plowshares' Programs for Women Veterans
In 2009 Swords to Plowshares decided it was time to think outside the box. We launched a new initiative to address the unmet needs of women veterans called SHOUT! Art by Women Veterans. SHOUT! is a unique community-building event to celebrate women veterans and raise awareness of the issues women face and encourage healing and expression through the arts.

This year we have an incredible line-up of veteran artists presenting photography, poetry, painting, sculpture, comedy and music.
