LIFT-The Bronx is a community resource center in the Little Italy neighborhood of the Bronx dedicated to providing resources and direct service to the residents in the area. Staffed primarily by volunteers and interns, we train people of all ages to engage with our clients to help them reach self-sufficiency. In addition to helping create resumes and practicing job interview skills, we also help people apply for public benefits, and advocate on behalf of those who are wrongfully denied. As our name indicates, our hope is to help LIFT people to a place where they can eventually reach their goals, whatever they may be. Get involved by volunteering with us!
