The more consciously we bring children into the world, the better the world becomes. Your donation will enable Yoga teachers to receive prenatal education so they can provide excellent support and care for their pregnant students.
Sacred Shape Prenatal is a prenatal yoga teacher training, passionate about educating yoga teachers to care for their students through out pregnancy. Sacred Shape is certified by Yoga Alliance an 85 hour training. In fact it was the first prenatal training in NYC certified by YA. We are committed to making yoga teachers well rounded and excellent in all directions.
By supporting this campaign you are contributing to the quality of yoga in the US and abroad. We will use the money raised to offer scholarships to 10 yoga teachers. Once our goal is reached, they will be able to attend the training at a $1000 discount.
There is a new wave of feminism, which embraces all aspect of being a woman. It is all inclusive and full of brightness and love. This energy allows for women to give birth to their creative ideas, their ability to nurture, their superhuman strength and what it means to have curves. Teachers that undergo this intensive 10 day retreat-style training are able to connect to this amazing spirit, heal from past experiences and facilitate a positive force for other women and their children.
We believe that the future lies in our hands. One baby in the belly at a time, healthy and loved ripples out into the universe exponetially.
This is an opportunity for yoga teachers to truly connect to the miracle of life. Teachers study fertility, conception, each trimester and postpartum. Teachers in training learn how to adjust yogasana practice according to various conditions that might arise in pregnancy, pre-conception and post partum as well as learn recipes, meditation, and special techniques.
