Who are we?

We are a team of young people bringing healthy foods back to the community! Our project began as a middle school garden in west Philadelphia to grow fresh and healthy ingredients. After graduating middle school, we formed Rebel Ventures as a business to sell granola bars in our school and the community.

By making a donation, you’ll help to improve our packaging and make rebel bars accessible to more schools. Our goal is to encourage Rebel Bars as a nutritious alternative to fast foods. In other words, it’s time to rebel against unhealthy foods!

What we do?

Our team sources ingredients locally, bakes and packages all of the Rebel Bars. We sell them in our school and in local community farmers markets. The key ingredients in a Rebel Bar are oats, honey, pumpkin seeds, flour, salt, cinnamon, and cranberries.

Why we need your help?

Your donation will go towards, ingredients, supplies, and packaging. In order to keep producing Rebel Bars at a consistent rate, we need to maintain all of our ingredients in stock. We would also like to promote our product to the community, but our packaging needs to reflect all of the great ingredients inside a Rebel Bar. By reaching our pledge goal, we will be able to produce more Rebel Bars and enhance our packaging with a more finished look and feel.
