Justin "Jay" Kearley moved to the United States for love. He met Diane Kearley in 2006 and shortly thereafter, traveled from Canada to Kentucky begin a life with her. They married in 2009 and have a beautiful three year old daughter, Delilah. Due to recent immigration reform, Jay's family unit is at risk of being separated. Jay is at risk of deportation and can potentially be banned from re-entry to the United States. In order to remain with his family and begin the process of naturalization, we need to raise about $3500 to pay for his ban waiver, his greencard, and legal fees and stipulations. With a toddler and rising cost of living, this wonderful young couple is unable to fund this effort, and is desperate for help.We are asking for small donations- thus have set the default at $1, but any donation is greatly appreciated and will be of tremendous help to this young family.
