"Ashwin always put other people's needs first but NOW he needs our help during his final days. Let's celebrate his life through giving......"

About

Ashwin is the only son of Vinay Mohan and Kalavathi Vishunuvardhana, highly intelligent, caring and friendly person who always cared for the welfare of others. In fact, after learning about our sponsorship program at Care & Share, he came forward to sponsor a child with his meager student salary since 2010. Ashwin was diagnosed with Acute Myalobalstic Leukemia on September 8, 2011 and since he had been going through treatment. Ashwin’s Leukemia went into remission after Initial Chemotherapy and upon the recommendation of his Doctors he had chosen to undergo Bone marrow transplant. In the process of Bone marrow treatment he developed severe brain hemorrhage and is in coma since early March 2012. He had several ups and downs now he may be in his final stages as his doctors informed the same to his parents, they think his days are counted and are planning to send him to auspicious care shortly. Both of his parents are honest AP state Government employees, his father retired last year and his mother is about to retire. His parents used all their meager resources to educate him and help him to achieve his dreams. They have been here for more than a year to tender the needs of their only son and have used up all their savings. Please help Ashwin and his parents to repatriate his body to India in the event of his leaving this world and help his parents in any way possible. Ashwin is in Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, 111 South 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 in case anyone wants to see him.
